𑁍 Preparation indications 1 month before the retreat to support you prepare the best way possible
𑁍 1:1 Preparation call to go through the preparation indications together and support you where needed
𑁍 Verification of your health state and if necessary check with our health consultant
𑁍 2 Kambo sessions · 1 at the start of the retreat & 1 at the end of the retreat to support you to feel grounded
𑁍 3 Night sessions with Ayahuasca/Yagé · We work exclusively with the medicine from the Cofán Tribe in Colombia
𑁍 Preparation day including:
· Meditation
· Cold water Therapy (Icebath)
· Flower Bath Ritual
· Shamanic plant purge to cleanse the body physically and energetically
𑁍 1 Day session with San Pedro including different dynamics during the day
𑁍 1 Sharing circle with Ceremonial Cacao from Colombia
𑁍 1 Shamanic Breathwork session
𑁍 1 Individual integration session to help you integrate all your experiences of the retreat as well as deepen in the assessment Self-reflection & perception form

𑁍 Session with Rapéh & Aura (a Tobacco paste with cacao to open up our hearts and enter into feeling)

· Any medical conditions or medication will be consulted with our Doctor before confirming the booking in case there are any contradictions, to make sure we can provide you with the best and safest service.
· For the safety and integrity of our retreats we require complete honesty and transparency during our screening process and preparation, our preparation indications are a recommendation nevertheless there is a minimum preparation required for all participants who come to our retreats.
