Like all our retreats, Reset takes place in an intimate group of maximum 6 participants,
allowing for personal guidance, emotional safety, and individual support throughout the journey.

At From Gaia For You, we combine ancestral plant medicines with trauma-aware facilitation, nervous system awareness, conscious integration, and years of personal experience walking this path ourselves.

As a family-run retreat, participants are welcomed into our home rather than a retreat facility.
Many guests describe the experience as feeling part of a family where they can simply be themselves, without needing to perform, fix, or become anything.

The balance between masculine and feminine guidance is an important part of our work. Danilo supports participants through emotional awareness, self-inquiry, grounding, and integration, while Ilse brings nurturing presence, intuition, music, and heart-centered support.
Together we create a space where participants feel both supported and empowered throughout their journey.

We believe healing is supported not only through the medicines, but through every aspect of the retreat experience.
Nutrition, rest, movement, nervous system regulation, integration, music, nature, and community all play an important role in the process.

We nourish the body with healthy home-cooked meals, fresh produce from our gardens whenever possible, quality supplementation when needed, and practices that support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
Within the ceremonies, every detail matters — the music, the energy of the space, the way we hold and guide the process, and the care given to each participant.

Rather than following a fixed formula, we work with the needs of each individual and the group as a whole.
Drawing on our experience, intuition, and the wisdom of the medicines, we allow each retreat to unfold organically and adapt our approach to what is most supportive in the moment.

A deeper journey of release, renewal, and expansion.

Our most complete experience, including everything from Reset.
Plus an additional preparation day before the retreat with a Plant Purge Ceremony, additional Kambo Session, individual integration & intention session, fascia tension release, cupping therapy, and one extra night of accommodation.
